FENSA Registered.

Direct Windows is a FENSA registered Company and have been working alongside FENSA installing windows doors conservatories since they started in 2002. For replacement windows and doors installed since 1st April 2002, you will require a FENSA Certificate if the work is undertaken by a FENSA member. There for all of our work is finalized with a FENSA certificate. You will receive your FENSA document in the post, this can take anywhere between 2-6 weeks.
*Policy Statement: Ownership of Goods*
Effective from deposit paid, all goods supplied by Direct Windows are and remain the property of Direct Windows until the final balance is paid in full.
This includes, but is not limited to, windows, doors, and any other products or materials provided.
In the event that the customer defaults on payment, Direct Windows reserves the right to reclaim the goods without prior notice, and the customer agrees to cooperate in such actions. The risk of loss or damage to the goods passes to the customer upon delivery, but ownership remains with Direct Windows until all outstanding payments have been received in full.
By purchasing goods from Direct Windows, the customer acknowledges and agrees to this policy.
